WizdoBee Demo Confidentiality Agreement

In plain words: WizdoBee isn't public yet. You're welcome to explore the demo and tell others it exists, but please don't share what's inside it, copy it, or use it to build something similar.

This agreement is between Andrea Antal, founder of WizdoBee ("WizdoBee", "we" or "us"), and you, the person signing in to the WizdoBee demo ("you"). If you use the demo for a school, company or other organization, you agree to this on its behalf too, and confirm you're allowed to do so.

1. Why you're seeing the demo

We give you access only so you can evaluate WizdoBee for your school or organization, or give us feedback (the "Purpose").

2. What is confidential

Everything you see or learn in the demo that isn't public, including its features, screens, designs, workflows, written content, AI instructions and behavior, data structures, software code, pricing, plans and roadmap ("Confidential Information").

3. What you agree to do

Use Confidential Information only for the Purpose.
Keep it confidential, and share it only with colleagues who need it for the Purpose and who are bound by confidentiality duties at least as strict as these.
Not copy, record, publish or share screenshots, videos or descriptions of the demo outside your organization without our written permission.
Not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the demo or its code.
Not use Confidential Information to build, design or help anyone else build a competing product or service.
Not share your demo code or let anyone else sign in with it.
Not enter real student, staff or family data. The demo is for fictional data only.

4. What this doesn't cover

Information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already knew before we shared it, that you developed independently without using our Confidential Information, or that you must disclose by law (in which case, tell us first if the law allows).

5. Ownership

WizdoBee, its name, logo, software, designs and content belong to us. This agreement doesn't give you any license or rights in them beyond using the demo for the Purpose. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without payment.

6. How long it lasts

Your duties under this agreement last for three years from the last time you use the demo. For trade secrets, they last for as long as the information remains a trade secret.

7. Ending access

We can end your access at any time. When access ends, or if we ask, please delete or return any Confidential Information you hold.

8. If this agreement is broken

A breach could cause us harm that money can't fully put right, so we may ask a court for an order to stop it, in addition to any other remedy available by law.

9. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
Ticking the box and selecting "Agree and enter the demo" is your electronic signature, and has the same effect as signing on paper.
We record your name, email, organization, the date and time, and the version you agreed to. We use these details only to keep a record of this agreement and to contact you about WizdoBee.
If any part of this agreement can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
